Access with the Work Center

Work Centers offer you a central work environment with access to specific functions. You can access messages, alerts, analyses, and documents that are relevant to you from a Work Center and can execute tasks you have authorization for. Depending on your tasks, you can have different numbers of Work Centers assigned to you.

To be able to work with Work Centers you need to be assigned the appropriate Work Center roles in additional to the standard roles. Work Center roles determine how Work Centers are structured.

 

 

Prerequisites

To use Work Centers, you have made the necessary settings in Customizing of the SAP Solution Manager under -> Configuration -> Scenario-Specific Settings -> Cross-Scenario Settings -> Work Center<- .

  • Root Cause Analysis
