This Work Center is the central point for accessing functions and methods for monitoring your solutions and accelerating problem solving. This ensures an improved availability of your solutions.

 

Overview -

A service map with a short description of the views is available to you. You can access these views using links from the overview.

 

Configuration

A system list exists for analyzing causes. To specify the data selection, you can define queries and set filters.

End-to-End Change Analysis

This application enables a top-down view of all changes to configuration parameters for solution systems. For example, you get information about the number, type, and time of changes. End-to-end change analysis gives an overview of the changes using BI-based analyses.

To start an application for systems:

1. Highlight one or more systems in the list.

2. If selecting multiple systems, click Use Multiple Selection.

3. Select the application, for example Change Analysis.

   You can start multiple instances of an application in parallel. Each instance is shown as a tab page.

To close the application, click on the tab index of the selected tab page and confirm that you wish to end the procedure in the dialog box
